You may have noticed that yesterday, I did not write a free kids’ eBook list. I follow several sites that have programs that automatically update with all the free eBooks that day, and they showed only a couple new free books. Today though, we have several kids’ books worth mentioning!
If you are new, take a minute to read through this necessary information about my lists:

Surprise in the Kitchen by Mary Lee
This cute picture book is the newest of the Mia books that we have seen appear for free on my lists. I love that Mary Lee’s books are cutely illustrated and have original stories. In Surprise in the Kitchen, Mia tries to surprise her mom with a “gourmet breakfast” that goes seriously wrong.

There were also several children’s novels that looked interesting today. I didn’t have time to read through these, but you can scan the reviews and descriptions to see if any interest you.
Just in case you are unaware, authors can purchase 5 star reviews on Amazon and these reviews will not state that they were purchased. Even if the author doesn’t pay for reviews, the reviews might be written by family or even the author. I typically pay more attention to the 4 and 3 star reviews, and I ignore any review that sounds like a sales blurb, claims the book is the “best book ever written”, or is by a reviewer who only reviews books by a certain author.
