Today’s list of free kids’ eBooks contains several new picture books and middle-grade novels. I think that you will enjoy especially a picture book that teaches facts about ants, a book about puffins that illustrates the silliness of chasing fads, and a detective book for middle graders similar to the Encyclopedia Brown series (without the solve-it-yourself feature).
Reminder: Although, I read almost all the picture books and try to closely look at the first page and reviews of the novels, I’m not able to read everything that appears on my list. Even though I try my best to keep the books on my list non-offensive and appropriate for a young audience, anyone can publish a book on Amazon and label it for children. I was reminded of this fact, when today I downloaded a book and almost listed it but realized it was full of offensive language. Please screen any books that you find here in the same way you would from any other source.
Welcome to my new readers. Be sure to read through the following:
- Don’t forget to check prices before downloading.
