Kindle for Kids Free EBook Daily
Today’s free eBook list has some nice picture books for preschoolers and early readers. You can download a number of Joy Findlay’s books (including some new Rocket Boy Early Readers) for free. I also am excited about a new picture book Joe & the Lightning Bug Adventure
that has lovely illustrations.
Welcome to all my new readers. Take a minute and read through these important notes before you check out today’s list of free eBooks:
- Don’t forget to check prices before downloading. These eBooks typically will remain free for only a short period of time.
You can read a Kindle eBook on non-Amazon devices by downloading their free app unto your PC or i-pad.
- Although, I try to screen as much content as I can, I am not able to fully read each book. This article reflects my opinion only based on what I have seen, so you may want to read additional reviews or skim to be sure these books are appropriate for your family.
- If you want to get these lists while the books are still free, be sure to subscribe via my RSS feed for instant updates. Email subscribers will receive one email a day between 5-7 pm EST.

My favorite free picture books today are:
From what I can tell, this picture book is Brenda Nelson’s first book, and she did a wonderful job. Stories about stuffed animals that come to life are always sweet, and the wonderful illustrations in this picture book make the story even sweeter. Hopefully, this book is just the beginning of what we will see coming from Nelson.
Rocket Boy Adventure Series Book Set 2
by Joy Findlay
I know that my preschool boy will be excited that we just downloaded a new set of Rocket Boy books today (plus several new Rocket Boy books that are listed on my list). He loves these simple books about a boy who travels to outer space and visits the planets.
I hope that you have a wonderful weekend (and enjoy reading all the great books from this week). I don’t post on Sunday, but I think we all need a email and blog break by that point each week anyway.
