Today, my favorite free kids’ ebooks are:

 My Mommy's Water Balloon

I loved the illustrations in this sweet eBook that shows a mother explaining to her little boy about the baby inside of her. In my opinion, this eBook was tasteful as well as informative. (Note: There is a picture of the baby coming down the birth canal at the end that some parents may find inappropriate for small children.)

Lost on the Road to Nowhere

I admit that I’m intrigued by this family adventure novel about four children stranded in the North Carolina wilderness. According to the reviews, this eBook written by award-winning sports columnist Scott Fowler is enjoyed by a wide range of ages.

Christopher Columbus and the Knights Templar (The Cunningham Kids Adventures)

This novel for young children combines mystery, historical fiction, and choose-your-own adventure to teach kids about the discovery of North America. Unfortunately, no reviews have been written on Amazon yet, but the premise certainly looks promising.
