Today’s list is shorter with only six free ebooks newly available today. As always, I’ve read through these picture books and picked out the best. Again, thank you so much for the support and kind feedback. My blog has significantly grown, thanks to so many of you who have taken the time to share my lists. I have decided as a result to commit to posting free ebook lists daily. I may still skip days that few quality new ebooks are available. If you love reading my play and other book posts but don’t want to receive daily free book alerts, I am working on a RSS/email option set up for you to opt out these emails. (I think the feed I made previously is not working correctly . . . any feedback?)
If you are new to my lists, don’t forget to check prices before downloading. These books typically will remain free for only a short period of time. Also, you can read a Kindle ebook on non-Amazon devices by downloading their free app unto your PC or i-pad. (For answers to other FAQ, read here.) Subscribing to my RSS feed is the best way to be sure you don’t miss out!
Today’s Best Free Picture Ebooks for Kids:
This ebook is a little corny as the subtitle suggests, but kids will enjoy imagining what a day would be like in the day of a nut. I did wish that the illustrations were on the same page as the text, but otherwise the formatting was bright and easy to read.
Two girls want to play together but can’t agree on what to play. Mom comes to the rescue though with a bit of wisdom on how compromising rather than fighting can make playtime fun for everyone. This book might be a little too preachy, but the lesson is a difficult one for young children to understand and this story might help them get it. By the way, if you missed it, several books are still free on yesterday’s list: Kindle for Kids Free Ebook Daily Thanks for stopping by today. I listen to any and all feedback, so don’t be shy!
